1. FACE FRAMES

1-1/2″ x 3/4″ thick kiln-dried solid hard wood. Pocket screwed and glued joinery.

2. CABINET SIDES

1/2″ plywood with laminated interiors, 1/4" frame and reveal, exterior is unfinished unless specified.

3. CABINET TOPS AND BOTTOMS

All cabinets have 1/2” plywood laminated top or bottom components.

4. HANGING RAIL

Walls and Talls – 3/8″ plywood 5 1/8″ high concealed hanging rail top, bottom & middle.

Bases – 11/16″ solid wood hanging rail, 2 5/16″ high. 3/8″ thick plywood 5 1/8″ high concealed rail at bottom and middle.

5. CABINET BACKS

3/8" plywood dadoed into end panels.

6. SHELVES

3/4″ plywood laminated two sides with banded front edge, adjustable in wall, base and tall cabinets.

7. DRAWER BOX

5/8”solid wood, furniture dovetailed drawer with fully captured bottom.

BLUM TANDEM plus BLUMOTION full extension undermount soft closing.

8. HINGES

Blum concealed cup hinge with 6-way adjustment & integrated soft-close mechanism.

9. FINISH

Multi-step catalyzed conversion varnish, oven cured.
Painted products have a pigmented top coat.
Stained products have a clear top coat.

10. FINISHED ENDS

Standard: 1/2” plywood with a 1/4” reveal.
Optional: 3/4” flush finished end available.
Stained products utilize wood veneer panels.
Painted products utilize MDO (Medium Density Overlay) panels.

11. BASE CABINET I BEAMS

3/8″ plywood, 2 1/2″ wide I-beam construction, extending from inside top front frame to back hanging rail and dadoed into end panels of base cabinets. Glued and pinned.

12. TOE KICK

3/8″ unfinished plywood, 4″ high x 3 5/8″ deep. Toe kick cover must be ordered separately.
